1. General Terms

CarWay Kutaisi provides car rental services in Kutaisi and throughout Georgia without deposit and without a credit card.
The minimum rental period is 1 day.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability on the selected dates.

2. Driver Requirements

Minimum driver age – 21 years (some car categories – from 23 years).
A valid international driving license or a national license recognized in Georgia is required.
Driving experience – from 1 year.

3. Payment and Conditions

Rental is provided without deposit and without the need for a credit card.
Payment can be made in cash, by bank card, or other available methods as agreed.
The rental price includes basic insurance and technical support.

4. Vehicle Use

The car is provided in good technical condition with a sufficient fuel level.
The renter must comply with the traffic laws of Georgia.
It is forbidden to transfer the car to third parties without the company’s consent.

5. Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to their fault.
The company is not responsible for personal belongings left in the car.
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately notify the police and the company.

6. Cancellation and Booking Changes

Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental.
In case of later cancellation, the company reserves the right to withhold part of the rental cost.
